I was sound a sleep and it must of been around two or three o'clock in the early morning hours and I heard a voice in my sleep.
The voice stirred in my soul and I heard the voice saying to me. Put on the mind of Christ. It was a peaceful voice and I was not afraid or shaken. When I woke up around five in the morning. I started praying and I was praying in the spirit and I was giving, God all the Glory. When I finished my prayer, I was singing a hymn and praising and giving Him the glory.
Suddenly, I went to the concordance, in the back of the bible to find out where the scriptures are to the mind of Christ. The scripture that popped out at me was, Galatians 2: verse 20: I am crucified with Christ nevertheless I live; yet not I but Christ who lives in me and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the son of God, who loves me, and gave himself for me.
To believe in. Jesus, and have the faith of a mustard seed. Once you receive your salvation and believe that Jesus, has died for you and he arose again and resurrected up into heaven and he is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. You will start living Christ like and once you receive the Holy Spirit and he lives in your heart. It is your responsibility to yield to the spirit and allow the spirit to transform you and to renew your minds.
The mind of Christ you must have the humility, obedience and have the compassion. This also involves wisdom from God and it is given to believers through the spirit of God. It cannot be understood by those without the spirit. The mind of Christ gives believers discernment in spiritual matters.
You must bring the glory to God and to seek and save the lost. To be more like, Jesus, and to check your motives and your attitude. Not having a selfish ambition or conceit. Putting others first. Loving one another. Leading others to Christ. This is like, having the mind of Christ.
