Parental Rights:
Your daughter has given in to all the pressures of youth, and despite all that you have taught her, she gave into the moment. She is pregnant and scared, and ashamed to tell you. Her friends tell her about Planned Parenthood or Family Planning abortion groups, and she goes there to get advice. They tell her that she is too young to have a child, and that she will miss out on the joys of life if she remains pregnant. They inform her that the best thing for her to do is to have an abortion. Her parents and boyfriend will never have to know, and after the abortion she can resume her life as if nothing had happened.
As parents, you will never know what other people are telling your daughter to do. No one has been able to give your daughter any advice that will save the child she is carrying, or prevent the scar that will be left on her mind from abortion. Your daughter is about to have a surgical procedure, and the government has conspired with the abortion industry to keep you from knowing about it. This child she is carrying would be her first, perhaps her only, and would be your grandchild. The abortion people had arranged for a quick abortion. On the scheduled day they drove her to the abortion clinic. At the abortion clinic, the pro-lifers confined by law to the city sidewalks, had only seconds to yell across the lake of asphalt to offer help to your child.
I have been involved in pro-life work for ten years now, and pro-lifers have saved many women from ending their child’s life by abortion. However, I have never been able to, nor have I seen anyone, help a young girl who was being escorted by one of these people working for these abortion groups. From years of practice they are able to beguile your daughter into having an abortion, and the few words that pro-lifers can call out to her will not break the spell.
In the old television show, The Twilight Zone, there is a title of an episode that enters my mind when I see young girls being escorted into the abortion clinic by people from the abortion industry. The title? “The Monsters are due on Maple Street.”
