The times they are a changing....not quick enough I say!

Yes, as I thought all along! An alternative to oil could be waiting for us at the gas pump for one half of what the war has cost us! And, we would have clean air once more! Plus, be independent from foreign suppliers!

Well, my only question remains this, why the hell aren't we implementing such an infusion of advanced technology that would allow our children to grow in an environment absent of toxins strong enough to eliminate us a people?

Could it be in fact that oil is such big business that the powers that be do not want to disturb the golden goose? Hey, I don't know, you tell me! I'm a simple chap, I only know this, the technology to replace oil has been, as a lady in waiting for years now! Are we simply morons about such things? Do we indeed not realize that we are poisoning ourselves daily?

I mean good grief, how many years have we been tether-balling this topic of clean air about anyway? Does their indeed ever come a time where we as bright citizens, implement what we have learned? Is that not the function and design behind learning? To yes, enact such new life saving revelations?

If we look to our skies once blue, common sense would dictate, even to the slow among us, that we are not making any progress ok? Forget what reports are released in the media from these national committees and what not, its not necessary to get your news that way, at least not in reference to this topic! No, one merely needs to lean his or her head back, focus upward, and upon seeing no trace of blue, voila!

So there is enough money to free a people across the globe, yet not enough to guarantee our young ones a tomorrow! When indeed are we going to quit putting up with this shit? Like lambs to the slaughter do indeed we amble in time this day.

We protested against this venture across the seas with ferver untold, where we raised our bow, both big and strong! Yet, where are those to protest the simple fact that our government is allowing us to poison ourselves! And will do nothing, to stop the assault! That left unchecked, shall purge us from times very remembrance!

C'mon guys, its time to wake up, only the older remember what sky even looks like, before man in his brilliance and technology did smear it with poisons so black! Should not we allow our children to see and view it, as we once did?
Our very life depends upon it, and that of our children as well!
May we wax long, in our pondering of these questions this day...
