These are encouraging words to challenge you to face your fears, with God on your side you are victorious. You shall overcome every fear!
A baby is born, and very quickly experiences the terrible fear of falling, always holding on tightly to his mother, whenever she is lifting him up. The young mother who is horrified by creatures that creeps and crawls. Immediately demands that they be killed, or she runs away in terror. Another person may have a fear of height, or being in an enclosed area. There maybe a fear of speaking before crowds of people. The list of fears or phobias are endless, yet there comes a time in our lives, when we all must come face to face with our fears, and conqueror them.
In our spiritual lives we have giants that we must conqueror. These giants are the addictions, generational curses, unforgiveness and the pain and hurt that we carry around with us. These stunts our spiritual growth, and bring shame, condemnation, resentment and bitterness, resulting in much unhappiness, depression and oppression. These things causes us not to fulfill our purpose, thus not reaching our destination. These giants seems so strong and huge, that we sometime give up on trying to defeat them, creating strongholds of fear. We dare not tell anyone about our addictions, and our inner struggles, because we are afraid of being ridiculed and condemned. Do not despair there is hope. God our Abba Father, through Jesus Christ, His Son has the Antidote.
There is a divine call in all of our lives, for a face to face encounter with God, who transforms us, breaking every addiction, and generational curse. Healing the heart of unforgiveness, and producing a forgiving loving heart. Demolishing the giants of fear in our lives, that we may live a victorious and fulfilling life, while here on this earth. Look with great expectancy for your face to face encounter with God.
