I'm one of the few people that don't think the U.S. Congress is boring. I think the U.S. Congress is laughable and a joke...

boring; (definition);  a person who talks, who you wish he or she would listen;

 "Auto racing is so boring, except when a car is going 175 miles an hour...upsidedown!"  Dave Berry

"Labor Day is a holiday honoring those who work for a living.  Laborious Day is a little-known holiday honering those who can't stop talking about their work and themselves."  Limony Sniket

My two-cents;  This guy sounds like a character out of Sesame Street  Could this guy be related to Jiminey Crickett?

"A bore is someone who, if you ask him how he is doing...tell you!"  William Taylor

My two-cents;  I spent two weeks in Kansas City one day...

"Some people are so boring, that they make you waste an entire day in five minutes."  Jules Renard

"There is no bore we dread left alone, with so much as our own mind."  James Lovell

"A bore is someone who stays longer in an hour...than others stay in a week."  William Dean

"Bores can bore each other, too, but it never seems to teach them anything."  Don Marquis

"We often forgive those who bore us, but never those who we bore."  Francis Rechefouncauld

My two-cents; With a last name like that...a philosopher we don't need...sorry...

"A bore is a person who opens his mouth, and puts his 'feats' in it."  Henry Ford

My two-cents;  All these years, I thought Henry Ford was boring...this is a funny guy and clever, too...hell-o-o-o-o-

"The worst thing about a bore, is that he won't stop talking, but that he won't let you stop listening."  Author unknown

My two-cents; I've never heard of an author with a name like that...gee...

"An author is a fool who, not content with boring those he lives with, insists on boring future generations."  Charles Montesqulat

"Boring people are a reflection of boring people."  Douglas Horton

"Did anyone ever have a boring dream?"  Ralph Hodgson

My two-cents; This one should go in the 'stupid questions' piece I wrote lately.

"I am one who believes that one of the greatest dangers of advertising, is not misleading them, but of boring them to death."  Leo Burnett

"I can excuse everything but boredom.  Boring people don't have to stay that way."  Hedy Lamarr

"I can think of nothing more boring, than for people to sit in their living rooms, for a whole half hour, and looking at my face on their television screens."  Dwight D. Eisenhower

"I have a fear of being boring."  Christian Bale

"Just standing around and looking beautiful is so boring."  Michelle Pheiffer

My two-cents; Well...well...well...excuse all of us for being and feeling so-o-o-o-o-o-o- ordinary...we would all like to be bored once in a while...wouldn't we?

"Nobody is the same.  If we were all the same...the world would be so boring."  Peter Hook

My two-cents;  I'm glad you cleared that up, Peter...by the way...you don't have a father named 'Captain' do you?

"Nothing is so boring...as to keep up the deception."  Edward Lucas

"There is something curiously boring about somebody else's happiness."  Aidous Hurley

"There's nothing more boring than actors talking about acting."  James Caan

I certainly hope the reader was thorughly bored in reading all this boring stuff.  Just think...you may have learned a thing or two about being boring...you can just add all this to your resume...see ya!

I'll leave the reader with this...but it's not boring...

Me and you are friends;
You smile; I smile;
You hurt; I hurt;
You cry; I cry;
You jump off the bridge;
I'm gonna miss your emails...
