The Red, White and Blue give every American to voice an opinion...and this is my opinion...and others have the right to disagree with me. 

In 1969, I was 24 years old, just out of the Air Force, and I watched this so-called landing on the moon from Santa Fe, New Mexico.  (I live in Albuquerque, N.M.)  I thought it was a fraud in 1969...and I think it was a fraud in the year 2011. 

It's amazing what Hollywood, partnered with the federal government, can do to deceive the American public.  I guess it's not so impossible, when you think, the American public is so nave (naive).  Why is all this a fraud, you may ask?

Because President Kennedy proclaimed in 1963 or there abouts, that the United States would land on the moon before the end of the decade.  All this success in space, was designed to get the American public behind NASA and give the go-ahead to spend millions and billions in space. 

Playing golf on the moon?  You think the American people are nave?  The American people are stupid to believe all that fiction out of Hollywood. 

In 2011...soon to be 2012, the federal government is at it again.  Granted, they shut down the expensive manned missions to outer space.  But, they still continue to send unmanned space ship to outer space, and a time when the economy is hurting for everyone.  The Congress is worthless to fund all these flights, knowing that there is severe unployment and hunger all across America, etc. 

Astronauts played golf on the moon?  In 1969? 

The American people will believe anything...won't they?  In 1969, the American people had to pay this 25% surtax to fund the Viet Nam War.  Do you believe that, too?  If you're an American citizen...you're probably nave...you'll believe anything. 

Why do you think there was so much unrest and rebellion in the 60's?  American's were fed up with the lies of the Congress...and the lies of the federal government...which eventually led to Watergate.  For those of you nave Americans who too young to remember Watergate, it was about the biggest federal scandal which led right into the White House.  That's why Nixon, the worst criminal of them all...resigned...BEFORE...he got impeached by the worthless Congress...and the Amercan people. 

Young people today in 2011, have the ability to go out on the Internet, and learn more about Watergate, or any other subject.  The Internet is a huge plus for all of us. 

Back to this fairy tale of man landing on the moon. , and don't forget...playing golf on the moon.  Watergate was about corruption, in the highest levels of government.  The Vice-President of the United States was taking money under the table in the White House; the U.S. Attorney went to jail; and President Nixon resigned...under threat of impeachment.  The Amercan people were fed up with the lies and the corruption in the government.  Corruption and lies in the highest levels of government...reaching right into the White House. 

I'll repeat...President Kennedy made a pledge to the American people that we would land on the moon during the decade of the 1960's.  For political reasons, there were people in the government, that would make that declaration come true ...to make the president look good...of course.  There's no different today in 2011...things are done to make the White House look good...and for re-election.  The American people throughout the years, have shown their stripes...nave! 

There are only a few people in NASA, who are on the gravy-train and benefit from all this.  I don't think there is a single American, including myself, who cares if there is water on Mars!  I don't think there is a single American, who thinks or wonders if the Earth had two moons at one time!  Who cares? 

NASA and the American government can't even keep the Sky Lab or a few Shuttle missions in the sky...and we are to believe we landed on the moon...in 1969...BC (before cable).  Some bone-head created the needless Viet Nam War, where over 50,000 Amreicans killed and hundreds of thousands suffered injuries...Why?  Because some bone-head in the Congress said that communism was a threat to us?  Where is communism today in 2011?  Not only is communism dead...but Russia is a drunk tank! 

And, we landed on the moon in 1969 and played golf? 

In 2011, I am 66 years young, and I have lived through many decades of this society, and I have never been so scared for the people of the United States.  It will be greed, corruption and a worthless Congress, that will spell doom for this society. 

Over the years, I have not been anti-NASA...I have been pro-common sense.  There are many people out there hurting...the young and old alike.  I know what I'm taling about, because I have suffered through SIX job layoffs; I've been declared disabled by the VA and Social Security; I have been homeless and stood in a soup line at the age of 60; and I have had to file for bankruptcy! 

Nobody out there...the Republicans or the Democrats can save America from itself!  And, that's what I see in America today...greed, corruption and the worthless do-nothing Congress and White House...allowing NASA to spend money, where Americans can put it to better use.  Young people to get educated at reasonable costs...and seniors...for Medicare and Social Security, etc. 

NASA must spend necessary monies for the defense of the country; weather issues and communications, etc.  But, the party's over, and all fat and waste must be cut...the gravy train for many in NASA is over...

The American government MUST balance the budget and that will mean sacrifice for all of us, etc. We will never balance the budget, as long as NASA throws billions away in outer space, etc. 

 Everyone has to sacrifice...period! 

American's have to realize the the Great Society is over, and come to terms with that fact and deal with it.  American's have to be more frugal and responsible in their spending and saving for the future.  After all, Social Security may not be there for them.  Think about it for a minute...what are you going to do when you're 70 years of age...remain nave?  (naive)

In 2011, NASA continues to throw money away in outer space, benefiting only a few on the gravy-train...and the American people continue to just YAWN it all away...
