Why is it, that when the president of the United States gets threatened...the Secret Serivce and the FBI act immediatley. But, when the ordinary citizen on Main Street gets threatened by their own government...in the form of groundwater contamination, people just 'look the other way' and go on vacation? Why is that? Ordinary citizens are just as important as the president.
- I didn't learn about the groundwater contamination, until June of 2010, about a year after I moved into the neighborhood. I read my first article on the subject, and little did I know at the time, there would be 18 more articles in the newspaper on the subject. At that time, I decided to collect the articles and get involved anyway I can to keep the residents around the Air Force base from getting poisioned.
- After the initial newspaper article, there was an article on the subject about once a month in the newspaper. I moved into the southeast heights of Albuquerque, where the jet-fuel spill is located, and I currently live about a mile from ground zero.
- I've lived in Albuquerque all my life (68 years) and I've read the newspaper every day, and I have never heard of the groundwater contamination issue. Now, I've lived in the southeast heights for over seven years, and I had never heard of the jet-fuel spill until 2010. Of the four quandrants in Albuquerque, I think the southeast is the biggest, at over 200,000 in population. So, if the groundwater is contaminated in the southeast heights of Albuquerque, it's going to make the Love Canal look like a picnic, etc.
- Nearby Kirtland AFB calls the problem a 'leak' to minimize the severity of the jet-fuel spill is said to be about 240 million gallons, and will cost the Air Force over $200 million of taxpayer's dollars to clean it up. It doesn't sound like a 'leak' to me; it sounds like a dam breaking! Why is the situation just coming to the forefront now...because I think there has been a big cover-up all this time on the part of Kirtland AFB.
- Let's face it...the federal government is BROKE...where is Kirtland AFB going to get over $200 million to clean up the mess, before the residents are poisioned? When the story broke, it must have been by a blogger; a reporter or a whistle-blower, who broke the story, etc. I don't think it was Kirtland AFB who announced the cover-up as a public service announcement...or in being transparent; or in being a good neighbor...far from it, etc.
- I SMELL A RAT! I think there is more to the Kirtland fuel-spill...as I think there is money to be made by someone, but I can't point the finger. I don't think this is a little innocent spill...I think there is more to it, and the state regulators have to find out what it is.
- I got involved in 2010, with my 'raising awareness' campaign, cutting newspaper articles, and making copies, and mailing the packages to many in the city such as: 62 neighborhood associations; federal judges; the Mayor of Albuquerque; the governor of New Mexico; the delegation of New Mexico; city councillors; county commissioners; county manager; local medical clinics; hospitals; public shcools at all levels; organizations, and so forth. I never paraphrased the article, but either left them intact or quoted from them...for accuracy.

My visit with a US Marshall;

About a year after I got involved with my raising awareness program, I got a surprise visit from a US Marshall, who was sent to me by federal judge Leroy Hanson, one of seven federal judges in Albuquerque.
- The US Marshall couldn't tell me the reason why he was sent to visit me.
- Some people think that federal judges are squeaky-clean. I happen to think that judges (all levels) are just as corrupt as anyone else. Money talks, you know.
- Why is judge Hanson involved in the Kirtland mess in the first place? Does Judge Hanson have stock in munitions; military hardware and jet-fuel? Is he making money on the jet-fuel spill? Is this why he sent the US Marshall to visit me...to try to quiet me?
- I've had a PO box for over eight years, and I have never used my resident address for anything, so how did the US Marshall find me. How did he come to my residence?
A. He probably flashed a badge at the nearby Post Office, and got my resident address.
- But, why would anyone want to go through so much trouble to find me? There had to be a good reason, but I don't know what it is. The only reason I can think of, is to shut me up!
- Upon entering my apartment, the US Marshall showed me the envelope that I mailed to Judge Hanson, and I saw my return address and my hand-writing on the envelope, so I knew he was legitimate.
- He asked me why I mailed my information to a federal judge and what was the reason for it.
A. I told him that I got the idea from Watergate. One of the burglars from Watergate was in jail at the time, and sent a letter to Judge Sirica, and the Watergate scandal blew right open. Since I have started on this project, I have wanted a federal judge to intervene in the Kirtland mess...and assign a Special Master and the judge would be reported to by everyone in the Kirtland matter. It hasn't happened. As far as I'm concerned, the Kirtland mess is leaderless...and, going in every direction...and, that's why I call is a CIRCUS.
- I told the US Marshall, that I thought the fuel-spill at Kirtland was not about fuel...but, about money...making money for someone. There is NO leak; there is NO fuel spill...there is NO danger to the residents. This is a plot by someone to make money, and get the money from the worthless Congress (taxpayer's). Over the years, this is a scheme concocked and fabricated by someone to make money...and the longer it takes and the more confusion is made...the better for the people who have fabricated this FRAUD.

Furthermore, I think the FBI, the U.S. Attorney and the NM Attorney General, should get involved in this FRAUD.
Most of us remember Manny Aragon (no relation), who was a power in the State Leglislature for years. He failed to devise a scheme to screw the NM taxpayer out of millions of dollars, and is spending the rest of his life in prison. The people of GREED never get enough...
- I don't have a crystal ball, so I don't know, but Kirtland AFB, could be in line for closure by the Pentagon, and if that's true , there are people out there who want to make a buck before it closes. There are people who will do anything to make money...including poisoning the residents, etc.
- When I got involved in 2010, there was all kinds of interest and activity around the base...there were Town Halls held all the time. In 2013, there has been an epidemic of apathy, and tha't what Kirtland AFB wants...for the residents to forget about it, and they they can do what they want. This is dangerous thinking for the residents who are at risk. (if all this is true )
- My Two-Cents; (opinion); Over the years, I think Kirtland has attempted a FRAUD on the NM taxpayer's...BEFORE the base closes...and badly failed. And, now I think Kirtland is going back and covering its tracks. It's simple...if Kirtland AFB cannot be a good neighbor...it's time to close the base, anyway!
- I SMELL A RAT...About a year ago, I got an email from one of the state's US Senator's. He told me that all that was going on at Kirtland AFB was gas exploration and something called, 'fracking.' I wrote back to the Senator and called him a liar, and told him that I didn't send him anything having to do with 'fracking.' Over the years, I have grown more and more suspicious that there are outside government people involved in this FRAUD. Just another This Senator is just another 'puppet of the government.' (Election Day is just around the corner)
- I SMELL A RAT! Throughout the three years I've been involved in this, I have seen a cat and mouse story. Kirtland AFB has been 'kicking the can down the road' stalling for time and intentional delays abound. The state and the Enviroment Dept., has been chasing the Kirtland officials down the road...wasting time, and continues to be a risk to the residents. One delay after another. Could this behavior by Kirtland be translated into 'obstruction of justice' by those in the legal profession.
I think there are over 200,000 people who live in the southeast heights, and ff there is, in fact, a fuel-spill...I think there will be lawsuits flying all over the place. I think the people who have the most risk for a lawsuil are the landlords and apartment managers, who are responsible for the safety of their tenants. They could be blasted with lawsuits, if this chemical dump bursts open.
IF...and that's a big IF...this chemical dump exists...it could make the Love Canal look like a Girl Scout block party.
Because of all the confusion in this matter, the best way to handle this serious matter, at least for me, is to do the following;
:Plan for the worst; and HOPE for the best...
$64, 000 question; What was the (true ) mission of the US Marshall? Was he trying to silence me with scare-tactics, perhaps? (clearly a violation of my civil rights/scary, eh?) Yet, another 'puppet of the government.'
and finally...The residents and employees surrounding the base will be poisoned by their own government...
