What do you believe about yourself? How did you arrive at those beliefs?
What are the emotional and subconscious beliefs about who you are? These hidden beliefs may show up when you feel down, stressed, depressed or while you verbally treat yourself or others unlovingly.
Do you have the courage to find out the truth about yourself?
One way is to find out, is to set your intention and ask the Divine for help with the answer while pretending you do not have any pre-conceived answer.
What happens if you let go of all the unloving beliefs about yourself and ask the Divine to show you the truth about who you are?
Do you feel excited? Do you feel scared? Why?
