Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel the world is crashing on your head?

There are times in our lives that everything goes well as planned. There are times that our lives may seem out of control. Like riding a long roller coaster, we want the ride to stop so we can take a breather for couple of minutes.

We actually can take a breather mentally and pause for couple of minutes.

Let us do a simple and uplifting exercise by tapping into your energizing memory.

Can you list a miracle that has happened for you in the past day?

Can you list a miracle that has happened for you in the past year?

Can you list a miracle that has happened for you in the past five years?

Can you list a miracle that has happened for you in during your life?

I will not be surprised if you have couple of items on the list.

Bask yourself in the feeling of elation based on memories of past miracles for couple of minutes.

Remind yourself, how you were feeling before the miracle. Were you hopeful? What were you doing?

Remember, miracles can happen any time. Expect the unexpected.

It is interesting that some people are worried about possible disasters that will happen without looking back, like you suggest, at the times when, in spite of difficulty things went right. My life is full of them. I do not attribute these small miracles to any entity other than simple fate. More often than not, things turn out right than wrong.
