Desystemization means taking the system out of the system
Following white police killing of unarmed black George Flyod on May 25, 2020 in Minneapolis and earlier in this month killing two other unarmed blacks; Breonna Taylor of Louisville an Dreasjon "Sean" Reed of Indinapolis, huge protests have been stage in cities and towns throughout the United States and many countries. At the time of this writing in early June protests have been staged daily for two weeks and protesters have vowed to continue protesting until governments, local, state and federal, take action to transform police practices, the criminal justice system and effectively address the matter of inequities that account for blacks, more than any other group in America, being murdered by the police, as evidenced in the fact that blacks comprising thirteen percent of the population account for sixty percent of police killings The inequity is evidenced in the fact that forty percent of the one-hunded and twelve thousand people who have died from the coronavirus,COVID-19 virus in America are black.
These protests are demonstrations demanding justice and equality for all Americans. They constitute the revolutionary process aimed at transforming society. It is what this writer calls Desystemization which he discussed in his book, "Mutualiity: The Full Life Process" by Uriah J. Felds, published in 1977, (pp. 188-191). The folliwing exccept is from this book:
"Desysemization means taking the system out of the system. The following declaration made by William Lloyd Garrison, abolitionist and a founder of the American Anti-Slavery Society, sets the stage for what is to follow and reflects this writer's attitude relative to desysemization. He declared:
"I am aware that many object to the severity of my language; but is there not cause for severity? I will be as harsh as Truth and as uncomromising as Justice. On this subject I do not wish to think, or speak, or write with moderation. No! No! Tell a man whose house is on fire to give a moderate alarrn: tell him to moderately rescue his wife from the hands of the ravisher, tell the mother to gradually extricate her babe from the fire into which it has fallen -- but urge me not to use moderation in a cause like the present. I am in earnest-- I will not equivocate-- I wiil not excuse-- I will not retreat a single inch-- and I will be heard. {William Lloyd Garrison, "The Liberator."}
There are good reasons for desystemizing the system. Systems are by definition closed and homeostatic. They are geared more to keeping themselves functional than to responding to the needs of people. Consequently, what should exist to serve people stands in constant need of being served by people. The alternative to the system is a nonsysem - a living process. In the broadest sense, desystemization refers to the neutralization or destruction of the germ plasma or life-force - concentrated power and impersonaization - that make the system function. It is the effecting of a condition in which people ("people power" meaning 'power to the people," not the minority, certainly not the privileged class) is more valuable than material power.
The fact that man is depersonalized and engulfed in meaninglessness is proof enough that the system is an immmoal enemy of people This is true whether the system be called capitalism, communism, or socialism. None of these systems has a signficant place for the things that mean most, such as love, faith, truth, freedom, beauty, creativity, and happiness.
Successful desystemization requires preparation. It would apprar that the existing conditions have sufficiently motivated people, as can be seen in the near-universal dicontent. Man is literally sitting on explosives. However, the greatest motivation is unimportant without adequate knowledge. For generations mothers wanted to be able to protect their children from the dreaded disease called polio, but they could not do it because they did not know how. Only out of knowledge acquired from study and research has a polio-preventive vaccine been developed ... The importance of self-knowledge cannot be over-emphasized, but there must also te knowledge of others and of society. Are there no avenues by which we may enlarge our knowledge of reality? Yes, we can consult other persons and by communicating our findings, correlate and cross-check observations from various points of view, we can refuse to participate in institutions and agencies that we suspect of being engaged in malpractice. The social group will provide opportunity for securing valuable knowledge because much of what is learned comes not so much by the direct intention of someone to teach, as through by-products from the general experience of living. Thoughts, attitudes, and behavior are determined less by processes of study and reasoning than by social suggestion.
Like knowledge, organization is also important. Organizational unity can be achieved through diversity. Catholics, Protestants and Jews {Moslems, Hindus, Buddhists and other religious groups as well as non-religious organizations and groups} do not need to merge or form a single organization in order to be effective in their work, and neither is that neccessary in organizing for desystemization. Organization must consists of more than agencies or forms; it has to be a movement, a wave of the times and a spirit of the people."To everything here is a time and a season."
Following prepaedness, confrontation is neccessary in the eradication process. Only confrontation can bring about the radical change that will birth to the ultimate community. Without confrontation there will be no meaningful reform or revolution, no self-purification and examination of motives, no self-transcendence and mutualization; certainly no cosmic community. Confrontation is a relation in which activity is "oriented
intentionally" to carring out the challenger's own will against the imposition or repressivenss of the other party or parties.
Confronation may take various forms, including civil disobedience, encounter, noncoperation, nonconformity, and confiscation, especially if this means taking back that which one has been robbed or divested of. It may be verbal or nonverbal, violent (altruistic violence) or nonviolent, legal or supralegal. The challenger's only appeal is to his own conscience. He is bound by duty and conscience to abide by the law of the land, but only when the law of the land coincides with God's law (natural law). Whenever man's law runs counter to or violates God's law he may choose willfully and deliberaely to break the law. And the same courage he excerises in breaking the law he must manifest for any punishment that may be inflicted upon him by the system.
Confronntation must become a way of life, an obligation of the responsible. It must take place on every level and simulaneously in the economic, political, social, and religious spheres; it must strike at every kind of institution, and it must be a collective effort of people from every walk of life; blacks and whites, rich and poor, young and old, male and female.
Another feature of desystemization is purification. The present system may be viewed as a monstorus contamination; a cesspool which has polluted the environment in which man lives, moves and has his being. This ecological fact suggests that to be in the world is to be diseased or engulfed in pollution. How are people to purify the system? The system is not like the water, but rather it is like the germs or bacteria in the water. It is like the typhoid bacillus which causes the person who drinks the water to get typhoid fever. Here, one need not destroy the water to guarantee health, but he must destory the typhoid bacillus. The same is true of the world. The world is all right. Our task is to desystemize or eradicate the system. Purificaton is a cleansing process in that it involves the expurgation of impurties, and it is santification in that it involves devotion and psychiasis.
Purification must begin with self-purification. This involves one's thinking, personal hygiene, attitudes, and relationships. It also involves removiig the inhumane or anti-human behaving person who seeks to perpetuate the system from their offices or positions of influence and replace them with people who are people-centered."
(From Mutuality: The Full Life Process, pp.188-191).
As stated above, desystemization will affect the transformation of society. Desystemization then is the pregnancy or conceptualization that gives birth to Humanity Being and ultimately Community Being.
Humanity Being
Individual man has no authentic and meaningful existence apart from collective man. We humans have now come to the place in our evolution where not only will civilization be destroyed but total humanity, if people continue to refuse to accept the human condition and live responsibly as a singe organism. Birth itself is the first indication that a person is a part of another person. One can never change this by cutting the umbilicl cord. People are cnnected at all points. Suppose we realized that we are connected at the heart and that just a heat-beat can determine the fate of mankind? that we are one? that we cannot survive without each other because we are each other? Oh, how this revelation and awareness would change and revolutionize the way we take care of ourselves and each other.
Each Is All
Each is in all
All is in each
Each for all
All for each
Each is all
And all is each
No each without all
No all without each.
COMMUNITY BEING
The dynamic fusion of culture and higher consciousness characterize Community Being. In Community Being communal living is the lifestyle. Each and all are in the family and children are reared by their natural parents and the village. They are considered to be the children of their natural parents but also of all the adults who live in the Community House. Thus, the rationale for practicing sterilization, abortion and a host of other anti-humane practices, including popuation control cease to be concerns in Communiy Being. Huankind is family living in the World House.
The Desysemizatin Symbol
The oval shape symbol consisting of {non-touching unconnected straight and curve lines and a spirial indicates openness, hence Desysemization, the process by which a system simultaneously becomes and be a nonsystem and Community Being. (Photo provided).

Mandate of Citizenship
Citizenship doesn't ask us to come
to the table of freedom, justice and
equality without judgment. It simply
ask us to come presuming that every
American citizen has a right to be there.

The systematic underlying racism hasn't been destroyed by abolition of slavery, or even by the civil rights legislation of 1965. It requires nothing less than an overhauling of all racially influenced thought among the citizens of this great country. Finally, arriving at equal opportunity for all.
I personally know a very good, wonderful, hard-working and honest woman that the criminal justice system put in prison for six years for defending herself by shooting a man who claimed he could kill without being punished for raping her. The anger from that experience resulted in hitting her husband in a public fight, getting two years for assault with a deadly weapon. The small pliers she used to start her car with a broken ignition from an earlier theft of the car. Against her husband's objection at the scene, the white policeman in charge, told everyone, "I'm going to get her for this." Pro bono lawyers took their money and ran, getting plea deals for reducing outrageous prison time. Judges, summarily sent her off to privately owned, moneymaking prisons. Coming out, her job prospects becoming more and more, limited. I have hired her, not out of pity, but because she has been one of the best caregivers I have ever had.
