Ex-Dallas Police Chief Terrell Bolton just will not go away. Please go away. Get a freakin' job like the rest of us

Locally famous ex-chief Bolton is in the papers again. This time via his attorney, who says he's going to sue. Bolton is also behind the recent recall attempts of Dallas Mayor Laura Miller. I have three words for you Bolton: Not One Cent.

For those not in the area, or those in the area that are unaware, Terrell Bolton was just about the worst excuse for a police chief that ever existed anywhere. But Mr. Bolton's black and I'm not, so according to his supporters, that makes me a racist.

It has nothing to do with the fact that Bolton flat refused the Mayors orders to attend crime meetings (the mayor is still the boss, right?). But I'm racist. We fired Bolton, who was awash in fake drug scandals, lawsuits regarding undeserved demotions of other officers, and unethical hiring practices, but I'm racist. There are hate groups stalking our current mayor (who, by the way, is about the worst mayor imaginable) in support of reinstating this inept ex chief. They are attempting to recall Mayor Miller, not because she is an advocate of nanny government (which she is), but because she won't reinstate this controversial figure mired in hazy shady policies and questionable abilities. A racially one-sided march is planned on City Hall, but I'm racist.

I'm not racist. If Terrell Bolton was a blonde haired white man, he would have still been fired. And what would have happened then? Nothing. No lawsuits. No press. He would have probably done an amazing thing: He would have gotten a job. Its time we drew the line. Inept people of any color should not be able to use the race card to get race money. Not one red cent.

Not one.
