Before I can continue I must admit that the music of DOOMSDAY KULT (now
known as NATION OF DISORDER) resonates in a very personal way since Bob
Melendez aka D.J. Rivethead used many of the methods and artistic ideals
as myself while recording his debut album The End is Near.

It is an album about moods and textures that are rich as a Jackson
Pollack abstract painting but with a clearly defined structure that
allows the mind to entertain enumerable sonic possibilities. The End is
Near includes many notable loop experimentations on this theme including
tracks like “P. Z. Brite, “Fun with Drugs”, as well as a bruising
dance-floor remix of his track “Dark Days Ahead (The Groovy mix)”.
Intelligent, repeating vocal samples, simply underline each carefully
constructed paradigm shift.

Excellent music for clubs and other venues where you need continuous
beats and interesting textures that can blend easily into the
underground culture.

has been working in the northwest music scene for over 10 years. I've
been a member of northwest acts The Stiffs, Wymsikal Triod, I.T., and
the University of Oregon Marching Band. My current project is the
gothic/electronic act DEAD POETS SOCIETY.

I am also co-owner of the NW entertainment company Carpe Diem
Publishing. We have produced concerts for NW acts such as The
Dragonflies, Brundlefly, Hotboxed, Stir Fry and Rockhead Shiner, among
others. We briefly published an independent magazine, THIRST from
1995-1997.

I have also completed writing the first volume of a trilogy of novels I
am working on collectively titled the THIRST saga. I also have
experience with independent filmmaking and photography.

My other interests include basketball, comic books, Japanese history and
