Provided are techniques from a preschool teacher that help to lessen separation anxiety.

 

 

Dealing with a child's separation anxiety in a positive manner can be very trying for a parent. Before school starts develop a plan of action. Attend events prior to school beginning to let your child get acquainted with the teacher, classmates, and the classroom.
