I recall one of many funny memories from family vacations. As a family, we loved to vacation in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on Lake Hamilton. Sometimes, the air was really cool or seemed to be after traveling to Arkansas from the 100-degree summer heat of Texas. We were ready for vacation family fun time. Following is one of those funny memories.
I remember my mom and dad packing the non air-conditioned car for a seven hour trip with four kids getting ready for vacation family fun. The plan was always to leave early and almost be at our destination before it got too hot. Another one of those funny memories was when one of my sisters would routinely experience motion sickness while traveling in the car.
