Proof that life exists on Mars…or visited?

On Earth we use fingerprints to prove perpetrators were at the scene of crimes. They are considered Proof Positive!
We must assume the same in Space!
Notice the thumbprint in this NASA photo of Mars.
I’ve already run it through my contacts at the FBI and no prints on Earth match!
