PENWOSE MORNING COFFEE CHAT
FICKLING WITH FATE
I am not superficious but I do have my little qualms. Today I threw caution to the wind and went out to the end of the proverbial limb on a course never dared before with completely no regard for consequences or results unexpected.
Those of you reading me for the first time will note the run-on sentence, which I tend to thrive on. Spellchecker seems to never “Get it?”
This morning, as on all Tuesdays in the past, I was down to the bagel before my last. Available cream cheese was sitting at half needed to cover both sides of that bagel sliced in two. As usual I used peanut butter to complete the application.
As I sat before my computer with coffee and bagels in hand a strange feeling of anxiety and devilish mischief came over me as I looked at them.
Could I, would I, should I, dare to alter the shackles of normalcy and kick an age-old dogma that I’ve been living my life by?
Usually I ate the bagel with the cream cheese first. What if I ate it AFTER the one with the peanut butter?
God Save the Queen, I actually did it! I feel like such a rascal. Let’s see what happens?
Penwose out!

Clearly, you broke the mold of your morning ritual… You nasty fellow, you. ;-)

I wouldn't be caught dead with a bagel in my mouth with either cream cheese or beaded butter on it. What a travesty!
