If you are highly intelligent you may not wish to read this…If not you probably do.
Speaking of snobbish…
They have us take batteries of tests to measure our intelligence.
These questionnaires serve as barometers for future endeavors.
My question is this. Are these tests a beacon as to how far ahead of average those testing high are, or how far away they are from stupid?
Consensus results see either as indicators of the obvious.
However the reverse may be the opposite in a large majority of individuals.
Contrary to thoughts of the contrary that see higher intelligence creating an expanding void between itself and stupidity…stupidity tends to remain the same, and even amplifies in relative respect to the intelligence level.
Over and over we see geeks of high intelligence unable to perform simple low level tasks.
Should not high intelligence include the whole shebang? Should true intelligence not know something of everything?
How can we say these egotists are highly intelligent when there are areas they know nothing about?
How can we allow these “Geniuses” to work with quantum physics and atom bombs when they cannot crack open and separate an egg?
Levels of stupidity seem to have them farther ahead of average than intelligence exams.
One tends to wonder how high they would score if taking “Stupid” tests?
The subject was snobbish which they also tend to be.
I recently corresponded with a young woman who spoke of an animation bible.
I asked her if animation bibles are delivered to producers by the Gideons?
She replied she did not know the Gideons.
I told her to get out and see the world and explained the Gideons are folks who put bibles in hotels and motels.
She replied, “Don’t speak to me that way!”
So I don’t speak to her.
Highly intelligent, but a bit snobbish I should think.
I like stupid people. It is stupid people that keep all of the stupid institutions cranking along as though they are important. In fact, the leaders of all these stupid institutions always tend to be a bit snobbish, while being the stupidest of the stupid. Why else would they dress up the way they are supposed to. In order to look important and then read us from scripts designed to make them look more intelligent than they really are.
