Have you ever played an Englishman? Before you do be aware that your king must be protected at all times more than previously. The English have a tendency to break your concentration by moving a piece and saying, “Checkmate!”
You in turn obviously shaken forget your line of strategy and say, “What, How? Where?” as you scan the field looking at all possibilities, “That’s not Checkmate you Bloody Bastard, its only Check!”
Without realizing you have stooped to a level below yourself and answered in his blooming form of English.
He does this over and over again until your nerves are virtually raveled and your line of thought compromised to the point where he finally says… “Check Mate Mate!”
