‘OUMUAMUA
HAVE ALIENS FOUND US?
This is Big True News!
On October 19, 2017, astronomers at the University of Hawaii spotted a strange object travelling through our solar system, which they later described as “a red and extremely elongated asteroid.” We don’t have a photo, but it looks like a cigar. It was the first interstellar object to be detected within our solar system; the scientists named it ‘Oumuamua, the Hawaiian word for a scout or messenger. The following October, Avi Loeb, the chair of Harvard’s astronomy department, co-wrote a paper that examined ‘Oumuamua’s “peculiar acceleration” and suggested that the object “may be a fully operational probe sent intentionally to Earth’s vicinity by an alien civilization.” Loeb recently made further headlines by suggesting that we might communicate with the civilization that sent the probe. “If these beings are peaceful, we could learn a lot from them,” he told Der Spiegel.
As always there are questions…
It was named OUMUAMUA, an Hawaiian word, even though we are quite sure it did not come from Hawaii.
They say, “It was the first interstellar object to be detected within our solar system.” They obviously know nothing about UFOs?
We have no knowledge of tobacco on other planets so if it was a cigar it was probably littered by one of our own spacecraft due to a no smoking policy?
If these beings are not peaceful, we could be turned into Space Slaves.
Who is Der Spiegel?
This reporter feels that any civilization that sends a cigar to probe our planet is better off smoking their stogies and going elsewhere.

I know where that cigar is going… Straight into the sun to get a light. Those aliens sure are resourceful when they don't have a match.
Bye, George,
