Do Black Holes Stink?
I’ll bet ya some of them do.
My goodness, I just viewed an image of a Black Hole in Space. It looked exactly like every other hole I’ve seen, except this one had no grating to keep people from falling into it. At the very least there should be a sign. Maybe they can “PhotoShop” one? Kudos to those who took the picture.
Black holes are nothing new. There are many in The Big City leading down into the sewers and some smell so bad they’ll turn your stomach. Hopefully those in Space are not as awful.
Black Holes in Space suck up everything around them sort of like a vacuum in a vacuum, and keep the universe from flooding.
The question is, where does everything go? I’ve asked my students and they don’t know? Another question is, why did I ask them?
Some say they are bottomless pits. If that is true they probably are also odorless because the stink has nowhere to stick. Those that smell bad probably have bottoms and need to be flushed.
There are no bottomless pits. Just because we are unable to perceive the end of a black hole does not mean it is not there. Everything ends somewhere. We need to find out where?
I suggest we send a probe into this new found Black Hole and send back data and universal geographical coordinates to follow its descent if it is decent. If it stinks we abort!
For this reason I suggest the probe be manned so text messages can be exchanged providing those contained have the necessary capabilities. I do not do texts, so I cannot go. My students are too dumb, so they cannot go. Volunteers are being recruited, hopefully we will find a few with iPhones?
Red Flags. To those recruiting recruits for space. The fact that they want to go in itself proves they are morons, but we can easily keep that fact from them because of that fact. We must also be aware of what I saw on a recent rerun of Big Bang Theory. Sheldon wanted to be included on a Mission To Mars. I imagined the concept. If he went alone there would be no problem. If it were a joint effort, like when Howard went, Sheldon would be the first astronaut murdered in space.
So we need nobody like him on our trip.
The probe needs to follow the Black Hole to the end. There must be a huge void where everything goes. Maybe other Black Holes go to the same void?
If they do, our probe can cross the void and go out through a different black hole to another universe acting as a virtual shortcut.
