KERFUFFLE IN THE SHUFFLE

First of all let me say that I know very little about horse racing beyond the fact they are not ducks. Otherwise it would be called
The KenDucky Derby, at Churchill Goose Downs, which it’s not.
But that may be a nice idea for another time?

The one in question is The Kentucky Derby, run by horses.

Attorneys for the Loser have vintage fodder showing the horse disqualified was not the predicator of the impediment but merely an impended particular of it. It appears another horse started the sequence and the horse who won the race, and then was disqualified, should be requalified and redeclared the winner along with its name engraved in all tablets and obelisks.

Stewarts, who declared the winner, after declaring the wrong winner, which turns out to be the right winner, say their decision was final and they really don’t care who won the race as long as they have the final say.

I, and others like me, feel the only thing that matters is getting the call right, otherwise it is wrong.

The footage that vindicates the winner turned loser, was not fabricated It was there for the Stewarts to see. They should have seen it and made the right decision initially.

Obviously with this available footage debunking the Final Decision, “All decisions are final…unless there is proof proving our decision was wrong,” is the way the statement should read.

Instead we seem to be getting a scenario similar to the most stupendous courtroom statement given by a brain dead judge,
“The jury will disregard the defendants statement.”

The proof is there! We can not disregard it! Make the rightful horse the winner! YOU are the ones impeding progress!

There was a Comments section in the add I read, which is something those that offer me soon find regrettable.

THINGS WE LOVE IN SPORTS!
I would LOVE to see the wrong decision reversed, as it should be. We do not care about money...we care which horse won the race.
But can you imagine getting all the money back and paying the rightful winners!!!...Let's watch?
