Good location

The article says that in the 1920s the Clune Park estate in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, Scotland, housed hundreds of shipyard workers in some 430 flats.
Like many curious things, that perked my curiosity, but as a wise man once said. It is better to sit awhile than run a mile. I am sitting.

A thought of restoration occurred to me however I believe shipbuilding may have become a lost art and the flats need to be filled by other occupationers. It is generally thought amongst those who think that The Scots may be considering entering the race to the moon. Apparently they do not know we have already been there, and we should not tell them, because if they do get involved in space travel we may be able to resurge those estates and fill the empty flats with rocket builders, or fireworks makers at the very least.

In any event the gamble should not be ours to remodel. Why take a chance.

In my opinion a vacant building across the street, that used to house TONI’S, would be an excellent location for opening an Einstein’s Bagel franchise. EVERYBODY LOVES BAGELS! To my knowledge none exists in all of Scotland and I know for myself if I were to go to Scotland I would enjoy a bagel with smear now and then. Multiply that by hundreds of men returning from the moon, and other celestial bodies, and we should have quite a tasty, and profitable, business venture.

We need people! Does anyone know how to make bagels?

Since the Vikings raided the northern parts of the British Isles first, most Scots probably have a good measure of Viking blood. As with us Hulls, leaving shipbuilding from our Viking port to come to Massachusetts where there was more wood for shipbuilding, and then, becoming wagon drivers, chauffeurs, cabbies and truck drivers. When not at sea, go by land.

You should hire a Jew. I believe that bagels are kosher staple.
