I could have blown up!
NITRO
Scanned the Cat yesterday.
Actually I Did the Cat Scan thing yesterday, nothing to it. The VA is Great! They send all my information so I don’t have to answer things like “medications taken” etc.
I always thought those waiting room questionnaires should have question like, “Who is sitting in the seat across from you?” You’d see everybody looking around.
Or “How many toes do you have on your left foot?” everyone would be looking at their feet.
Anyway they don’t so no one was looking anywhere.
The last thing I do before any procedure is visit the restroom, so I’m fresh. Don’t want to have to get up in the middle of surgery, or whatever?
The restrooms in this place were co-dependant. I knocked on the door before going in, and locked it behind me. Everything else need not be mentioned, if it does click here.
Just as I was opening the door to leave, a little old lady walked in.
I said, ”How’d you open the door? It was locked.”
She was red-faced apologizing…I thought she was going to have a heart attack.
“Relax gentlewoman, we must have opened the door at the same time.”
When she got in I hoped she hadn’t gone already.
The procedure was the same as any CatScan except this one looked at the capillaries of the heart so they could see my anomaly. To see better they injected dye into my veins…And she said,
“We’re going to give you a Nitroglycerin Pill.”
“NITRO?” said I.
“It will open the capillaries to get better pictures.
“Should I swallow it?”
“No, just put it under your tongue.”
“I guess if I chew it, it’ll blow up.”
“Ha Ha…That’s a good one!”
“You should use it!”
The assistant said, “Yes! That’s perfect for us!”
I may have started some kind of a future law suit?
The time change is still affecting my body clock. I sleep as long as I can and it’s only 7:30. It makes for a long day.
If my body clock could talk, it would say, “WHY? WHY? WHY?”
Question? Should I put quotation marks around a quote that’s not really being said?

I had one of those full-body CT scans of my heart and vascular system when I turned old at 65. They gave me a shot to "chemically exercise me," not because I was lazy, but because I couldn't engage in good old strenuous exercise anymore. My capillaries turned out fine without blowing them up.
In your case, that nitroglycerin probably did "blow up your capillaries," with small well-placed chemically induced charges delivered from under your tongue like a general would. Cool.
Was there a time change?
Bye, George,
