Why would anybody want to be one?

Headline
What Would it Take for an American Guy to Become Danish?

Sometimes I just do not understand people? Why would this even be a question?

These types of headlines come from drawn out magazine articles that I often see before my eyes on Yahoo. or somewhere else?
The writers tend to think they have our attention and write filibusterly as though they were paid on word count, and I for one seldom see a dividend in reading their material. But I like the headlines.

I would like to answer that one…
Americans are seen all over the world trying to “fit in,” when in fact they stick out like proverbial sore thumbs. I can spot an American a mile off, even when I am in America.

For an American to become Danish I would think an ample supply of fresh Danish Dough, consisting of several ten-pound bags of
All-Purpose Flour, would be in order, followed by a wheel of cheese and whatever fruit and nuts one desired.
I am quite sure that when the flour was labeled, “All-Purpose,” this was not one of the purposes proposed.
If the fellow were gay, I suggest some sort of Puff Pastry, with a rich buttery flaky dough.

Why any American would want to be a Danish behooves me? I rather lean toward Bagels, but I would not want to be one.

Penwose Out,

I tended towards English muffin rather than too sweet Danish with frosting on top. Of course after butter and sweet jelly just as tempting as the Danish are. Don't ask me about gay and I'm not happy about them or gay. Frivolous, maybe.
