Send them a sentence starting with… “irregardless of what you may think…blah, blah, blah”…and see how many reply that “irregardless,” is not a word.

They are WRONG…irregardless of what they think!

This was sent out previously apparently “cut and pasted,” because blah, blah, blah, was included.

Blah, blah, blah, was not meant to be included. You were supposed to write your own copy to personalize it.

If You is YOU, send it out again and this time do it right!

You may even be smarter than Spellchecker, which seems confused? The first two times I wrote irregardless were apparently spelled correctly. However the last, and the one in this message, were indicated as spelled wrong, with regardless as the suggestion.

Irregardless I will break the tie.

First indication the spelling was correct. Then Spellchecker changed its mind. Now looking back, I see that the very first irregardless is indicated as wrong, with the second not underlined?

Confusing? I should say so.

This looks like a good topic for my students at The University.
