Correctified Statement
The following was feloniously published in several of those Big City Rags…
“But recently, while resting in malasana, or a deep squat, in an East London yoga class, I was struck by the second half of the instructor’s sentence: “A guru once told me that the problem with the West is they don’t squat.”
I should like to correct the statement with the following…
“the problem with the West is they don’t have squat.”
It may have been a typo? They didn’t have “have.” And if you don’t have have you have nothing, which is improbable to have.
Deputy Dave Jenkins sets out to find the murderer of the local high school principal, aided by a voice from the grave that is sometimes helpful and sometimes misleading.
"Murder isn't usually this funny."
