Bit of a snag?

Tonight’s TV lineup has a bit of a snag.
Young Sheldon is broadcast during the last half hour of Thursday Night Football.
Normally this problemo is No Problemo when the game is only shown on NFL Network’s cable channel, that nobody watches, but tonight it’s on FOX…Right Before Your Eyes.
Young Sheldon is one of the best shows going, and this week The Colts and Titans won the Thursday night spin. The potential here is good for a great game, or the least great for a good game?
In these cases I usually hope for something boring or a blowout, so the choice is easy.
Actually, unless The Steelers were playing, the choice IS easy.

After Young Sheldon comes a new show, B Positive. They haven’t said yet if that is their blood type or attitude direction, although it seems both can apply.
He needs a kidney, and she has an extra, and they are compatible.
I must wonder how long they can drag out that scenario? I suppose that is where the B positive comes in.
Maybe down the line he will say, “I need something else!”
And she will answer, “I have one!”
Or maybe they will get in a fight and she will want the kidney back?
Good writing needed here.

Then comes MOM. Good show, no kid. No kid even when she was there…in her 40s no less. She quit the show so they have her going back to school, so they can bring her back if she changes her mind like the kidney girl.
I assume it is college she is going to? Why I don’t know? She’s almost old enough to retire. Actually she is old enough if she retires early. But she has no job. Maybe she hopes college will get her one?
They should have her in class with old football players, and other athletes, who dropped out of school to make millions in professional sports and have returned to college to get their educations.
She may even make a few extra moonlight dollars teaching them to read?
This idea will save the show but a bit of a problem since she quit.
Unless they film her from the back and in the shadows?
It is hoped they replace the star better than that that was done with Three and a Half Men.
I suppose I could lend them a scenario from my sitcom, which is yet to be realized.
There’s a knock on the door. Mom answers it. A girl about the age of her defunct daughter stands in the doorway telling her she is the product of Mom and Her Father’s relationship during college.
Mom cannot remember that far back and welcomes her in.
Presto…another daughter!
