I was taken aback

I was taken aback when I saw that I had previously written an article with the same subject as yesterday’s.

The titles were identical, Oatmeal Overdose, which shows that my previous self and I think alike, yet they had different ingredients.
The latest dealt with my hallucinations, while the previous something else.
The fear I now adhere to concerns my cooking prowess, or lack of it?
If I have overdosed twice on oatmeal, which I did, can I be trusted again?
I think not.

I should advertise for someone to cook my breakfast.
It should be worthwhile to add a few minor duties such as cleaning, dusting, and laundering. Enough to take them up to lunch, which would seem inappropriate for them to leave without preparing.

I will take my chances with supper.

Penwose Out,

During the cold months, I have my oatmeal alternating with a single egg fried with bacon so as to keep my cholesterol low. However, oatmeal tends to put meat on my ribs that wasn't there before, so in the summer time when it shows more often I switch to dry cereal. And recently have taken up oatmeal milk. I think it's cool to have oatmeal with oatmeal milk.

I have someone who makes my breakfast oatmeal. Unfortunately, she has a tendency toward proportion creep. There is nothing creepy about it, it's just that her proportions that she stirs me get larger all the time. I've taken to making her eat the part of it that is excess. She does need a little meat on her bones.

Almond milk. There should be a ban. They crush almonds to make it. California has dropped many other crops to grow almonds, sucking up the aquifers and a tremendous rate. Use your buying power to buy oatmeal milk instead of almond milk. Save the planet from idiotic designer products that make no sense. Eat almonds, do not make a smoothie of them and drink them.
