If it were not for Towels we would all be drip-dried.
Think of what a hassle that would be.
Family Feuds would erupt every morning by the oven.
Girls would have nothing to wrap around their heads after shampooing.
Those who are always in a hurry would walk around wet, with their clothes sticking to them, and leaving “spots” on bus seats.
Others would find ways to shake like a dog.
What a sight that would be walking down main street.
Others would hang from clotheslines, as their clothes waited patiently.
Imagine hanging from a tenth floor New York City tenement, with people below yelling for you to “Jump!”
The world would be very different without towels.
I believe we should give them the credit that is so long overdue.
