The Delta Variant Has Warped Our Risk Perception

I usually do not read the articles, but merely respond to them.
Today I must have been out of your mind?
I don’t know why but I read the first line.

“Your chance of being crushed in bed tonight by a falling satellite is minuscule.”

Minuscule? A word meaning somewhere within the realm of possibility.
It’s Possible!
If it’s possible I can do it.
How can they tell us such stuff?
Have they never heard of Creating a Panic?

I can see it all now, an idiot detective looks at my crushed lifeless body lying in my bed under a satellite. And says, “That was minuscule!”

That was the camel that broke the chicken’s neck.
I’ll never go to bed again!
No wonder there are so many homeless sleeping in the streets.
I always knew they knew something.
I need to leave now so I can get a good spot.
I wonder if I should bring my own toilet paper?
