The Unseen Force—Ascended Masters

“In all the world there are only two kinds of people---those who know, and those who do not know; and this knowledge is the thing which matters. What religion a man holds, to what race he belongs—these things are not important; the really important thing is this knowledge---the knowledge of God’s plan for men. For God has a plan, and that plan is evolution. When once a man has seen that and really knows it, he cannot help working for it and making himself one with it, because it is so glorious, so beautiful.” This is one of my favorite quotes from one of the works of the Mystical or Great White Brotherhood. The first time I came across a reference to the White Brotherhood many years ago, I was appalled to think that a racist group existed in the spiritual dimensions of truth. My quick judgment of the word “white” to indicate race was due to my lack of knowledge and insight regarding the ageless wisdom. I was a neophyte on the path to enlightenment and spiritual discovery.

Although we are in the 21st century, I have discovered through my spiritual/angelic readings with clients, lecturers and workshops that the existence of the Great White Brotherhood is still not widely known about. This is unfortunate, as we need their guidance in our own personal transformation as well as the transformation of the universe as it moves from the Piscean Age into the Aquarian Age. If this information is new to you, I ask that you keep an open mind, and those who are well on the path to truth, I ask that you continue to ask for the assistance of these Great Beings. My inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge pushed me forward to find out more about this group.
My first knowledgeable encounter with the Great White Brotherhood happened in the eighties when I was writing my book. Through a vision I was told that my spiritual teacher was White Eagle. The same White Eagle who was also the spirit guide of Grace Cook, a British spiritualist. Through Grace, White Eagle channeled several books depicting the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood. White Eagle was instrumental in providing me with information that I needed for my book, Path to Truth.

I learned that the Great White Brotherhood is a group composed of highly evolved spiritual beings that are considered the caretakers of humanity and the Master teachers of spiritual wisdom. Often referred to as Ascended Masters, Great Initiates of Adepts, they are considered perfect and no longer bound by the Law of Cause and Effect. The group works on the etheric plane for the welfare of humankind fostering love, peace and wisdom. The word “white” refers to the brilliant white light of their auras and not to an ethnic group.

Who are the members of this Mystical group? Those that have made their presence known to us are Jesus, Buddha, St. Germain, Kuthumi, Serapis Bey, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, El Morya, White Eagle, Lady Portia, Wottana, Lady Miriam, Lady Nightingale, Djwal Khul, and Lady Nada. There may be more. At this time, I believe that it is safe to say that we do not know the exact composition of this group.

My second encounter with the Brotherhood came during my research of the New Thought Movement. Besides the New Thought Churches, there were individuals who greatly influenced the unveiling of the ancient teachings. One of the greatest communicators of the ancient wisdom was Helena Patrovna Blavatsky (HPB), co-founder of the Theosophical Society. She was selected by the Brotherhood to bring the knowledge of the Hierarchy/Brotherhood to humankind especially the western hemisphere since their attention for so long had dwelled in the East. It is through the Theosophical Society and her books, The Secret Doctrine and Isis Unveiled that HPB attempted to convince humankind of the reality of the Masters, the existence of the Brotherhood, and God’s plan for humanity. HPB declared that she received her spiritual information from the Masters-- Kuthumi and El Morya.

During my research, I also learned about other individuals that helped to bring forth the light and knowledge of the Brotherhood. Guy Ballard and his wife Edna received 3, 834 Dictations from the Masters spearheaded by Saint Germain. Saint Germain established through them the “I AM” Activity in which the Masters regularly communicated with the students and released in great detail a number of spiritual teachings not previously known to humankind. The other persons who played a momentous part in carrying out the mission of the Ascended Masters were the Messengers Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet.

Many of these teachings, when they originally surfaced, were not received favorably by some because of two significant factors: the teachings were against their traditional religious doctrines and they considered the founding groups such as Theosophy, I AM and Summit Lighthouse to be racist. Let’s look at this. When these groups were formed, minorities and especially those of African heritage were considered by the White race to be inferior. Racism was a way of life for the American culture. Reading the literary works of the founders, one could not help but notice that the physical attributes of Masters were described as being of white skin color, blue eyes and blond hair. They were never described as of dark coloring and kinky hair. There was something wrong with this picture.

It’s time to separate the message from the messengers. When information is channeled from the etheric or higher planes there is always the chance for a certain amount of altering by the channeler. They superimposed their beliefs and culture to change the meaning of the teachings.

We now know the Truth--- souls are in fact colorless, ageless, and sexless. The Master teachers can take many forms, communicate in many different ways and in many languages, and they can appear to everyone who calls upon them simultaneously. White Eagle when in incarnation was a Native American; Serapis Bey, an Egyptian; and Kuthumi has often been described as being of dark or swarthy complexion. Don’t let superstition and fear imposed by those of the dark forces stop or block you from seeking out Truth. Racism is a race consciousness ploy to keep humankind in the darkness.

The Masters and angels are God’s sparks of light in the form of spiritual teachers and guides to help us. They will never interfere with your life or your free will. It is against Cosmic Law. They are waiting for you to reach out to them. All you have to do is call on them. It is that simple! You can do this yourself. You don’t need others to channel the information for you. While you are praying or meditating ask for their guidance and give thanks for their assistance. How do you know that you are really connecting with them? They will make their presence known. You might receive information through the four “clairs”: clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience and claircogizance. Trust your heart and instincts and you will feel and know that they are present in your life.

My most recent encounter with the Masters came when I was on vacation in Virginia Beach. I had been working with the Masters and my angelic team in healing myself as I worked through the death/transition of my son. The Masters confirmed their presence in my life when I discovered a little book and cards, published in London, that contain the mystical wisdom, and the prayers and rituals of the Masters. As I read the prayers and studied the symbols of the cards I felt the strong urge to reach out to the Masters of Shambhala, especially Jesus and Saint Germain. Within weeks of the first event and through another synchronistic event, I received several other books. Since acknowledging and working with the Masters on a daily basis, my consciousness has changed resulting in a physical and emotional healing and being a clearer channel for spiritual wisdom.

The time has come for us to work with the Masters and angels as they help us in our transformation of consciousness from fear based to love centered.
