Have you ever heard of the Law of Attraction? Simply put, this law dictates that whatever feelings you are projecting are returned to you. You actually attract to you a responding energy. For example, feeling pain attracts more pain, feeling Love attracts more Love.
Several days ago, I posted an article about climate change, and in the title I used the word "fear". The response to the article was overwhelming compared to others I have posted. It got me to thinking, and I then posted a new article, again using the word "fear" in the title. Again, the response was immediate. By simply using the word, it has attracted many readers to my articles. It proves to me that fear has become pervasive in our society.
It is not surprising that fear is overtaking us. Many people keep their eyes and ears tuned to news channels, and we know news channels make their living spreading fear, much the same way that I, using the word "fear" in the title of my articles, have attracted you and garnered your readership.
People who live their lives in fear are easy to control. If I keep you afraid I can sway your opinion, because you don't really want to be afraid, you want to be secure. If I want to protect insurance companies, I can simply say that government insurance will institute "death panels". It doesn't have to be the truth. My objective is to spread fear. Fear causes you to doubt, to see negativity.
You always have a choice, my friends, in all things. Without your conscious realization, manipulators have filled your life with fear, and fear may only attract more fear. Your task is to replace the fear with something that is productive, that is positive.
Replace fear with Love. Sounds corny? Witness the fear in the world, witness the fear in yourself. Witness the power of the Law of Attraction. Turn off the news, stop the fear. Find the beauty that is always abundant in the world about you, concentrate on that rather than fear. Watch as the Law of Attraction fills your life with the beauty you witness. Infect your family, friends and co-workers with the beauty in your life and they will respond to it. Become a community that is strong in positive energy. Positive always trumps negative. Think....what a wonderful place the world would be if we could but remove the negativity from it.
