Carol Speed's radio interview with KoKo Taylor in San Francisco, California

Carol Speed interviewed KoKo Taylor on her South Bay Focus WILD 107FM Radio Show in San Francisco, California in 1992.  Carol Speed invited San Jose Radio Host Evelyn Cox and San Jose Metro Newspaper Music Critic Nicky Baxter, because she wasn't sure if KoKo Taylor could fill her hour long radio show.  But to Carol Speed's delight KoKo Taylor was a wealth of knowledge about homemade harmonicas made out of corn cobs, and guitars made out of barred wire to KoKo Taylor's meeting with the famous B.B. King and Bobby "Blue" Bland, while B.B. King was a DJ at a Memphis, Tennesse radio station.  KoKo Taylor, also, talked about how she started singing in Chicago Blues Clubs and metting Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Little Walter, and Willie Dixon.  When Carol Speed asked KoKo Taylor what kind of wolf Howlin Wolf was, KoKo Taylor replied "a very good wolf...the best wolf ever."  Between Carol Speed spinning KoKo Taylor's "I'm A Woman" and "Wang Dang Doodle" that was sent to Carol Speed from Aligator Records in Canada, KoKo Taylor savored and loved her huge San Francisco, Bay Area audience before going to perform at the Blues Club in San Jose, California.
