God's compassion and kindness is great. We are to put on the likeness of Christ in which the Holy Spirit will enable us to reflect the Father.

PRAYER FROM MY HEART

Lord you are mighty! Your Glory is magnified through your Son Jesus. Help me Holy Spirit to be more like Jesus everyday. Forgive me Lord for my murmuring, create in me a grateful heart. Show me Father how to be kind and compassionate to not only my loved ones, but to everyone. Let the treasure of my life be to know you will always love me and never leave my side. Holy Spirit if the cares of the day make be become short tempered and cross with someone, please I pray you….convict me that I will turn the other cheek or offer whomever, the shirt from my back.

May I take on the Spirit of Christ, humble and compassionate, meek and caring. Develop in me oh Lord a heart that places other people’s welfare in place of my own.

In every situation let patience control the moment, in every action and reaction my flesh chooses to pursue, know a calm, refrained spirit will always offer the best outcome. Lord let selfishness be a habit that is hated. Having everything you see and want will never offer peace or happiness. Grant me Lord, a spirit within me that is content with what I have and my surroundings, offering you thanks and praise for always providing for me.

I praise you Dear God for my health to be able to work, for having food on my table and roof over my head. Thank you Lord for my family and the blessing they are to me. Thank you for giving me peace through the storms of life to know I do care for people and I am concerned for their welfare, that Dear Lord is a gift from you.

Thank you for the hard times, the times of depression, because in these times I’ve felt the closest to you. Bless you for allowing me to pray to you and Jesus thank you for being my High Priest.

Your goodness Father is richer than all the world’s wealth, your compassion and love for us stretches beyond imagination. Even though most of my life has been trampled over by Satan’s lies, your Spirit endures within me and I delight to hear your name and the great works you do in people’s lives daily.

My prayer this day is…..thank you for a forgiveness I can’t understand, create in me a love for my brother that defies human understanding, help me Lord to honor and glorify your name in everything I do and say daily and never, never Lord let me lose sight of the price Jesus paid that allows me to ask you for these things. Engrain in my heart that what the flesh yearns for is temporal, but things of the Spirit are eternal.

Help me Father to see the best in everyone, every situation, whether good or bad and give me the wisdom to make the decisions that will give you Glory.

Holy Spirit you divided the Red Sea, you brought down the walls of Jericho, you slayed Goliath and you lifted Jesus from the Grave. CREATE IN ME A PURE HEART AND A MIND THAT IS SET ON THE THINGS ABOVE. PRAISE YOU KING JESUS. AMEN.
