Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

The recipe will make two (2) pies.

Four (4) Sweet Potatoes 2 Deep Dish Pie Crust 3 Eggs 1 1/2 - 2 Cups of Sugar 1 Can Evaporated Milk 1 teaspoon Nutmeg 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Stick Margarine (Butter) 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (extract) 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring (extract) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pie will cook from 40 - 45 minutes. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them. Place the sweet potatoes in a pan of water and cook on top of the stove. Cook the sweet potatoes for about 15 - 20 minutes. Melt the margarine (butter) or you may let the margarine (butter) get room temperature. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour the ingredients into two (2) pie crusts and place in the oven. I hope that you enjoy this pie.

i don't care for pumpkin so don't care for sweet potato pie either
