When I went online - I never surfed the net. Writing. Co-op writing, Joint ventures. Continuing Education.

In 1996 I received some magazines-tabloids from Houston, Texas. I believe two of the names of the publications were The American Banner and The Continental Express. There was an advertisement that read "We will fill your mailbox with 300 money making publications for $19.95." So I sent off for the offer. I began to read these articles and I wanted to learn more about the website addresses that was beneath the articles. Some of the publications were Home Business, Network Marketing - Multi Level Marketing Tabloids - Magazines - Newspapers. I then began to write in some of these publication.I paid a small fee for my writings to be placed in a co-op mailings for possible publication in these tabloids. I later bought a computer which had free internet access provided by Alta Vista. I used free internet for a couple of years. When the free service was no longer available I then chose AOL as my service provider. When I went online - I never surfed the net. I knew exactly what website I was going to visit. I reviewed the websites that were mentioned in the publications - tabloids. To me this was like continuing education - a new learning experience. We perform all our tasks via of the Internet. Don't quit your job...keep your job...your benefits, etc... I am not promoting for anyone to quit their main - full time job. (I work a seasonal job - one to maybe five days a week - six to nine months out of a year) But I am glad that I was able to do so in 1996. In 1996 I resigned from my full time place of employment. I had been employed with my employer from 1989 - 1996.
