Verse 16
Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
Come - invitation, invited, The house of God All are invited.
hear - listen, you must have a listening ear and a discerning spirit.
Verse 17
I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled my tongue.
Verse 18
If I regard iniquity in my heart, ......... the Lord will not hear me:
iniquity - sin, ( wrong doing without repentance)
Verse 19
But verily God had heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
Conditions of acceptable prayer.
Verse 20
Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, not his mercy from me.

LET God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee "before" him.
"before" - from his face
Verse 4
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth "upon" the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him
"upon" - Or, though the deserts: in JAH is his name
Verse 11
The Lord gave the word: great was the "company" of those that published it.
"company" - army
