When it comes to selling a home, one of the most important decisions sellers have to make is pricing. The biggest fear most people have is pricing too low and not realizing the full financial gain to which they are entitled. But pricing too high is an equally costly mistake.
Pricing is an art, not a science. The only way to know for sure what a property is worth is to put it on the market and see what a ready and able buyer is willing to pay for it. That's a true indication of its fair market value.
