If only you were here.

If only things could be different.

If only right words were spoken that led to silence now unbroken.

If only I would have thought before mixing this all up then my chin would remain up.

If only I could take it back so you would not turn your back.

If only there would have been a clue that later I would remain blue.

If only I could change this around instead of constant frowns.

If only saying goodbye did not hurt this much than I would not be giving my all at another shot.

If only it would come true than I sure would not be missing you.

If only somehow I could have melted your heart then mine would not be torn apart.

If only parting was easy as things now fall apart.

If only it would have been a better start than we might not ever of had to part.

If only we were not passing strangers anymore.

If only you could see that maybe we were meant to be in some magical way.

If only fear would just disappear.

If only we had another chance since we did not just meet by chance perhaps.

If only we could see such possibilities of much better things that could be.

If only you would hear my plea and just come back to me.

If only dreams could be true reality!
