In my view, Bush is a good friend of Terrorism. His policy is a breeding ground for World Terror, and if I wanted Terror to stay, I'd vote for him.

 Prelude:
The year is 2001. From East to West, humanity is feeling dejected, sad, even angry at the loss of dear life, who absolutely had nothing to do with  anything. Yasir Arafat, of all people, a man humiliated over and over again by blind American foreign policy, forgets his own suffering and in a moment of deep compassion volunteers to give his own blood. A prince flies all the way from Saudi Arabia to offer his heartfelt condolences. One after another, world leaders show up at the doorstep of the white house to pay respects to the Head of a grieving nation, and with a message of good will to the American people.

Fallout:
To avenge the death of the innocents at home, Bush orders the annihilation of other innocents. To this end, he plays havoc with the lives of many in Afghanistan, who absolutely had nothing to do with what happened in NY. These innocents have a name coined for them: "Collateral Damage".

Moreover, to add insult to injury, the President of the United States signs off Palestine to his friend, Terrorist Sharon, with a massage that read something to this effect: Should any bird try to flee from your tight grip, just bump it off. These people don’t deserve to live on their soil. Sharon takes him at his word and does what he is best at: destruction of love and life. Activities still ongoing, and will not end until we are shown the last Palestinian body on Al Jazeera.

Having signed off Palestine to his foxy friend, Terrorist Sharon, the President turns his undivided attention to the rest of the desert. Armed with his Terrorist friend's blessings and guidance, he heads straight for Iraq, to turn the desert red. Men, women, children, human feelings, hope, buildings, books, nothing is spared; all being slaughtered on the altar of submission, or Shock and Awe, as Rumsfeld likes to call it.

The last we heard from Fallujah, this youngman (pic.)

had just had a close encounter with death. How many of his family, friends or neighbors are as lucky as him is hard to tell.  As you very well know, when laser guided bombs target their preys, they are very precise. That's why they are called smart precision bombs. In other words, when these bombs set their minds on you, they get you, preferably dead. What a lucky boy! 

Conclusion: 

If I were a terrorist, I'd vote for Bush.
