Outsourcing has become a popular word in the mass media. It affects Indian middle class, white American techies, AFL-CIO, Republicans, Democrats, Panther and KKK alike. I wish you enjoy the humour!

KKK is synonymous with emotional outbursts, often volatile and violent, aimed at rights and properties of the minorities. Black Panther Party oten advocated violence, if needed, to achieve minority rights. Outsoursing might motivate these brothers to work together to clease the castor oil in Devon Street (Chicago).  

India being a very populous large old country, you can find all different types of ideologues, and their preachers, to suit political needs ('Ja nei bharate, ta nei bharate' Beng.). You shall find issues relating to minority rights, identification of language and caste, and the 'all-encompassing' diverse ideology. They often live in peace, at times they are self serving as usual, at other times they do not know how to deal with the issues in India and abroad ('Ghare-Baire'). Indian sentiments currently, and naturally, flying high with the 'outsourcing', an action Bagaloreing skilled jobs from the USA to India.

The primary justification behind outsourcing is freedom of the employers to choose the employees based on cost considerations. Rent and food definitely come out to be cheaper in Bangalore. The 'ideological' justification would arise out of the market share of the ancient Hindus, and the negation of American imperialism --- both of these statements you may have to discuss before accepting. KKK might be concerned, as they were with the demands of Blacks and Jews, perceiving a threat to white ownership (as was the issue with potential loss of land to non-whites) and a threat to affluent white culture. Panther Party would view as a cause for unemployment among the Black and Hispanics. Indian leaders, with the chances of dual citizenship, would foresee an exceptional opportunity to compete in the dollar economy (remember how rich India claims to be).  Americal Labour Unions, the Democrats and the Rupublicans have expressed their own opinions.

What will happen in Bangalore after the outsourcing. Estimates of new jobs created in Biotechnology alone vary from 1 lakh to one million in a few years' time. I shall reserve my comments on the economic issues (as I plan to write on Mr. Kalam's book for a serious audience at my convenience) for the time being. Many believe the current infra-structure in Bangalore limits any spectacular growth beyond five years; however the smaller towns around Bangalore may flourish. But would Bangalore become more cosmopolitan with Black and Hispanic workers? Would Bangalore draw white bright males/females the way Indians go to USA/Europe? What kind of jobs be outsourced to Bangalore? would Bangalore become another Boston (USA)? Is outsourcing for training/learning ?   

Imagine the scenario when the Blacks would work in Gowda's company and Hispanics in Lingayet's company around Bangalore. And second generation Indians would find a second job from Indian relatives. How would locals in Bangalore earn a living? What would they sell? Perhaps outsourcing is one issue that would merge KKK with the Panthers!!
