I’m really a hot chai tea sort of gal. Love that touch of the Orient in every sip.
Nothing wrong with a chai! Waving my peppermint one at ya! What flavour cookie would you like with that?

Aloha! Sounds fab! What’s your greatest writing achievement to date?
Until recently it was selling my first magazine article to the Ladies Home Journal. But lately I’ve been in the top selling list at Amazon for Spiritual & Mental Healing with “Ain’t Love Grand?” getting as high as #2 for a few days.
I read Ain't Love Grand? and lurrrved it! Who is your hero and why? My daughter, Cary, is devoting her life in the mission field, current with YWAM- Youth With A Mission. I admire that she’s always had a sense of purpose and she’s had the courage to ignore obstacles and press forward.
Definitely a hero in my book, then! Which word best defines your writing?
“Writing stories with a mystical touch” has been my tag for a while. I mainly hang-out with energy healers and psychics, so my “normal” is a tad unconventional.
What’s the most recent thing that made you laugh?
I opened up pictures of my grandson’s recent visit. The picture of me with a goat at a petting zoo was pretty funny.
Oh,. bless! Which book is on your coffee table right now?
“The Tiny Tadpole” is still there from the grandson, but I also have a picture book of Sedona, AZ.
What was the name of your first pet?
Fluffy was a white cat I had from the time I was 2 through my sophomore year in college. I still see her out of the corner of my eye sometimes.
Aw, I know how you feel. Marmalade, one of ours died a couple of years ago and I swear he's still stalking me! Who is your favourite character and why?
Mame Dennis from “Auntie Mame” is pretty classic. She was glamorous and courageous with a huge zest for life. “Life is a banquet and most poor sons-of-bitches are starving to death. Live!”
What’s your most embarrassing moment?
I was a little tipsy at an upscale party in Oklahoma City. The rich mayor was sitting next to me. When it was discovered he hadn’t brought a present for the Dirty Santa part of the festivities, I called him a “piker,” which means “tight-wad, cheapskate.” My husband kicked me under the table.
