A Sleepy Hollow State of Mind at A dense moisture fills the air in my upstate New York town, Lowville. It's just after a weekend of rain followed by a cloud-filled mid-autumn morning. Wind chimes add to the seasonal atmosphere as they reverberage through the regions of New York, drawing residents and visitors alike into a Sleephy Hollow state of mind. How well I recall a visit some years ago to a fascinating downstate area (about two hundred miles away) to The Spot that encompasses the season's mood.
