Franz, I really enjoyed this article. Sometimes we feel as if we have no rights at all. That is until the tax bill comes in the mail. Of course then we are complete owners of the hole in the yard. I have experienced this once too often. Another culprit is Com Ed. They come by right after spending thousands of dollars on landscaping and tear up whatever they want. They say " we will be back next week to make repairs to the lawn" Months go by and you don't see them. It never ends. This was good reading. Get a big dog. One that bites. LOL....Floria
