A short article about where I am now in so far as focus is concerned.
Hi, please allow me to write to you about where I came from. One of my favorite verse is -
" I am the Vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing". John 15:5
STAY CONNECTED (WITH THE VINE) - is my primary focus. A few years ago, I was e-mailing, mailing, and handing out my favorite verses from the Bible. I received good feedback on that.
The most encouraging feedbacks came from some of the articles I posted in www.authorsden.com/mannybermas. You can visit this website when you have the time.
I decided to compile most of the articles into an 84 page soft cover booklet. You can get a copy thru www.lulu.com. When the website pops up, fill in the box with the title - 'Stay Connected'. The price just covers the printing cost. Or you can order an e-download which cost almost nothing.
STAY HEALTHY (PHYSICALLY) - is my secondary focus.
A close friend of mine, Claudio, who is a Commercial Real Estate broker in Houston, introduced to me the subect of 'wellness'. At that time I only had a vague idea what the concepts were behind the word wellness. The core of it was drinking, not just enough water each day but the RIGHT kind of water. And that meant, - water with a pH of at least 8. I got the gravity system water filter which delivered filtered water with a pH 8. It helped keep my family healthy. Of course our usual diet consists of mostly veggies. Some exercise and
enough sleep was also part of our regimen.
THEN CAME THE IONIZED WATER - pH 8.5, pH 9.0 " Boils growing in the head of a woman from Queens, NY, disapeared after a few weeks drinking above water known as Kangen Water. (Kangen in Japanese means, return to origin).
