Grow With Nature
“I sing the body that is electric!
I celebrate the self yet to be unveiled!”
—Walt Whitman
Like Nature, life is a unique mystery evolving and ever changing, filled with potentials for purpose and meaning—all blending together bringing forth harmony.
The seed is planted, it grows and come forth then it goes back to the bosom of Mother Earth.
Everyone is part of Nature’s garden. Some come back stronger to bloom, while others leave to begin again as seed,
For me the seed was a powerful metaphor to understand how the trauma of loss identity had to be dealt with.
This process of moving from victim consciousness towards wholeness set me free.
I learned that removing the masks and confronting the wounds brings wholeness and freedom.
The process of journeying was a tearing apart of what I had known
No longer protected in the safe environment of religious life, I began to travel into some unknown direction to discover the real person hid inside of me.
Not an easy task, but well worth the effort!
Yes, I experience a tearing away of the learned conditioning, to plant the seeds of self-empowerment.
I worked with my dreams, kept a journal and listened to the chatter in my head and told it to get lost.
This false persona became the mask of the “Who I created” and journeying to uncover the True Self, set me free.
Nothing is left behind all transforms and brings forth another cycle of the mystery called life—life ever changing motions unfolding into Oneness.
Take time to explore nature and discover Her lessons with the unfolding of each season.
Observe Her teachings of change, and watch how Nature lets go and reveals that nothing is forever and it is time to move on from another cycle of change.
I enjoy walking and watching the seasons come and go and discovering my lessons and gifts Nature offers.
Being still in the garden and feeling what needs changing in me is my food to grow.
How do you feed your personal growth?
Is it fear? Change it into courage? Is it loneliness? Replace it with closeness with self. Is it anger? Switch into forgiving yourself. Is it loss? Exchange it with abundance.
Each change becomes an opportunities to discover your authenticity. Open yourself to your inner power and believe in your wonder and become free.
Remember, like Nature, everything undergoes change and nothing is forever.
Focusing your awareness on each change becomes the opportunity for offering the gift of freedom to be your best self.
As each season moves into the next open yourself to discover what is your lesson from each season for growing in Nature garden?
Moreover, what do you need to let go of or change to become the beautiful flower enhancing Nature’s garden?gardening,
Nature your seeds of new growth and begin wherever you are to embrace your possibilities and grow with Nature.
