My stress factors.
What has happened to my innocence? I feel it has been replaced by mounting stress; mind numbing stress. I sure didn't feel this way when I was younger. I think the world and its worries have me wrapped up in their cocoon. When I was a boy, if I heard the word stress, I related it to some one who was an executive of a large company, having dealings with other executives, having umpteen meetings a day. Well, I guess I was half right; now I own my own company. But that's only half my stress problem. Most of what I worry about, awakes me at night rapping at my sleep deprived mind. The Bible calls stress, "little foxes," that if let go, will destroy the vines. Hence, can destroy a person's rational thinking. That I fully believe! Bob- ps. In my next article I will delve deeper into other stress factors that really work me into a frenzy.
