Strange words to think about isn’t it. Do you ever wonder who you really are deep down.?

You know when you get up in the morning ready to start the new day and then you take a look at yourself in the mirror, do you recognise yourself? Maybe you take a long stare at your face and body but still wonder what lies within. My belief is ….You are a spiritual being in a physical body.

You are made up on so many different levels, the awesome personality that everyone who knows you absolutely loves to bits, the unique morals and beliefs that you stand for and only you, the laughter on your face you give to everyone you meet, the emotions you can show to those you love, the understanding and compassionate side of you that always shines, the beauty you share to all around you and don’t forget the most important thing of all You… you are unique, different, amazing and the most special person in your life.

So after all that reading do you agree with me? Let me tell you that if you don’t think this way about yourself now then you are under valuing yourself as a human being. Now you might be thinking no I don’t think that, then turn it all around now…. Start telling and believing in you , your abilities and the amazing beauty you have to offer people. Even though you may be in a hard place or bad place right now, do yourself a favour and give this gift to you.

This is your chance to leap forward to a better future. You will have so many wonder full life lessons to embrace and learn from every day.
Tell yourself from tomorrow onwards when I wake up in the morning I am going to stand in front of that mirror and smile saying “ I am a beautiful person and have a lot to offer this world” then grab your cuppa and go, go ,go onwards and upwards.

Enjoy your new days ahead , smile the world will smile back at you.
