Derek Sivers; founder of CD Baby, a company which enables millions of independent musicians to sell their music, is a humanitarian 300 years ahead of his time.

In one of his blogs, his suggestion was to treat every person we interact with as if today was the last day of their lives!.

As I began putting his words into practice, waves of kindness and deep empathy filled my heart. Treating each soul as if this second were their last, I couldn’t give fast enough, wanting to make certain they would spend their last breaths knowing they are deeply loved by this one lone artist.
