The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett Narrated by Tamaryn Payne A Gift of Love, "The Secret Garden" by Frances Hodgson Burnett I loved the Audio Book of "The Secret Garden" written by Frances Hodgson Burnett! I cried and laughed through every page as it carried me through Mary, a small childs life, who hated the world and its people. Mary slowly becomes a lover of all people, including every living thing. Tamaryn Payne the narrator, is considered to be one of the tops in the industry. She is excellent! Yes, some tell the story better than reading it. And the story of The Secret Garden, seems delightful and teaching particularly, children, how to love rather than hate those who are different.
